~Making Children Stay Active~


If you are tired to play with toddlers, be thankful. That means your child is very active. Being active will help children develop their social, emotional, physical and cognitive abilities. Make sure your child is active in ways below.

Healthy food. A toddler will be active only if he has the mental and physical health is good. If your toddler is hungry he would often cry and inactive.

Playing outside. You have to allow time for the children to play outdoors. You will see the children happy while playing outside. This is the best way to stimulate your child to be active by exploring the world around them.

Communication. Speaking is an effective way to keep kids active. Children will definitely respond to
your voice and will continue to respond in their own way. Invite children to talk also will help them learn the language.

Creative toys. Instead of giving a soft toy and not stir like a doll or robot-robotan, you can try to provide toys that stimulate thinking skills for toddlers. Toys that can improve the ability to think like Lego will make them more active.

Introduce the book. When a child enters the age of 3 years, it is the perfect time to introduce the book to them. Initially you can try books with interesting pictures. Books with striking images will attract toddlers faster.

Playing with other people. If your child has siblings, grandparents, peers or you can ask him to play with. Playing is one way to keep your toddler an active. Play will also help them develop social relationships.
